Homeschoolers and School Children Invited

lee1When I think about legacy, one of the areas I often think about our children. Clearly without having children or a generation to come there is really no sense in leaving a legacy.

If this website only leaves education and information for a generation to come that’s a good thing. But if we can encourage children and their parents to leave information here at this website that’s an awesome thing.

That people would see life through the lives of children. The children will talk about what mothers and fathers and grandfathers and grandmothers have meant to them. But they would also talk about their first restaurant experience or their shoe buying trip. So we might want to look at this as just information but really what it is it’s a weaving together of the generations.

And that brings me to the next place. That place has to do with story writing. When I shared this next idea with one of my friends in business his immediate response was you need to write that down. I looked at him and said it’s already in my head. Relax you don’t have to worry about me forgetting it.

So what we’re going to do is we’re going to set up an area of Your Story Goes Here and we’re going to design it and develop it to encompass the stories of children. We’re going to create something that’s going to make something and we’re going to make something that’s going to be a great something.

So review the following words below and encourage your kids to participate. If parents are into it children will be into it. This is not a forceful thing or regimented thing. It is simply an opportunity for your children to participate in the world with your guidance and your instruction. To leave behind remembrances and memories that 25 years from now they may have totally forgotten.

It may be that this kindles the hearts of others who have forgotten their child like thinking. So let’s begin this journey together.

Rules will soon appear. (By the end of Labor Day weekend.)

We are going to work on some prizes and I will modify our payout to student’s families to encourage this writing.

Thanks for reading and hopefully you will share this with parents, teachers and homeschoolers.
